Couples Counselling: Reconnecting Through Safe, Supportive Communication
All relationships face challenges—from communication breakdowns and emotional distance to unresolved conflict, mistrust, or life transitions. Couples counselling offers a supportive and neutral space where both partners can be heard, understood, and begin to rebuild their connection.

In therapy, the focus isn't about taking sides or assigning blame—it's about creating a safe, mediated environment where each person can express their feelings honestly and be met with empathy. We explore the patterns that may be causing conflict or disconnection and work together to develop healthier, more respectful ways of relating.

One of the key goals of couples counselling is to improve communication. Many couples struggle with feeling unheard, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of defensiveness or avoidance. In sessions, you'll learn how to express your needs clearly, listen actively, and set healthy boundaries that honour both individuals and the relationship.

Whether you're facing a specific issue—like infidelity, parenting disagreements, intimacy challenges, or navigating a major life change—or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples counselling can help you gain insight, restore trust, and develop tools to move forward together with greater understanding and connection.

Relationships require care, attention, and intentional growth. Counselling provides the space to slow down, reflect, and rebuild your relationship on a foundation of communication, respect, and shared goals.
Couples Therapy sessions are 60 minutes at a cost of £110 online and £140 in-person. Appointments can be booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Therapy plans are available.
