In-person counselling offers a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment where

you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours face-to-face with a qualified

therapist. It’s a space that’s just for you—free from judgment and grounded in genuine

human connection.

 

Together, we’ll work to better understand your personal challenges, navigate life transitions, and address mental health concerns. The goal is to foster self-awareness, build effective coping strategies, and support personal growth—so you can face life’s difficulties with greater resilience and confidence.

Being physically present in a dedicated therapeutic space can create a deeper sense of connection and presence, allowing for a more grounded and embodied experience.

Counselling is a deeply personal experience, and no two paths are the same.

If you're struggling or simply need someone to talk to, you are warmly invited to book an in-person session for support with issues such as:

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £70, alternatively a pre block booking of 8 sessions can be purchased at a reduced cost of £480.  You can choose a frequency that suits you: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or more often if needed—the flexibility is yours.
