Vicki Demirdjian - Psychotherapist

Your Journey, Your Space
Step into a safe, confidential, and supportive space—one that’s entirely focused on you. This is a non-judgemental environment where you can explore what’s happening in your world, at your pace.

While counselling and psychotherapy share many similarities, they can differ in focus and depth. Counselling often addresses specific issues or life challenges—such as stress, relationship difficulties, or decision-making—and tends to be shorter-term. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, explores deeper patterns rooted in past experiences, often working at a more emotional or unconscious level over a longer period. Both approaches offer a safe, supportive space, and the choice depends on your individual needs and goals for therapy.

Together, we’ll work to understand your unique challenges, navigate life’s transitions, express difficult emotions, and address mental health concerns. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about fostering self-awareness, building effective coping strategies, and supporting lasting personal growth.

Every journey through counselling is deeply personal and unique. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and care—helping you move forward with greater resilience and confidence.
You will be heard. You will be supported. And you will not face it alone.
